Our Aims
With proper instruction in the martial arts you can control the stress and tension in your life, take off excess weight and enjoy yourself while learning an effective self-defence,

- To encourage "Good Will" and sportsmanship.
- To encourage a sense of responsibility and help develop control as well as sense of pride in their martial art.
- To help prepare the student for life outside of the Academy
- To encourage them to help others, share training tips etc.
- To be able to defend themselves, family and friends should the need ever arise.
- To help them keep mentally and physically fit and to enjoy martial arts.
- We strive to promote a family atmosphere to training and teach students that martial arts are not to learn how to fight, but to learn how to avoid having to fight.
