Ohdokwan is looking for unique people to be Senior Instructors, Instructors, assistant Instructors and Program Directors. We insist on our entire staff leading by example. This Academy provides two premier programmes as follows:
- AID Our Premier program for those individuals that wish to create a full-time career path teaching Martial Arts as an occupational profession - as an Academy staff member or with their own satellite school
- CIT For students wishing to become Assistant Instructors without the business skills required for occupational development
